Jack N-Jill Pre-School established in 2011 and managed by Saraswati Shikshan Sanstha (Regd.) has long been regarded as a model of progressive and dynamic learning process. We at Jack N-Jill Pre-School always believe in Sanskar, Shikshan, Ethics, Culture and Morals in life. The school aims at increasing interest, knowledge and strength of the kids in a creative way. Also to maintains the emotional balance among the kids and give them sufficient confidence to face the challenges in their early childhood.
At Jack N-Jill Pre-School, we always focus on imparting education in such a way that it doesn’t become a tiring and mechanical process of learning. In order to avoid monotony of classroom, we apply play-way methods of teaching where teachers are equipped with audio-visual aids/chart and modern educational funs to enhance the kid’s performance to their highest potential.
At Jack N-Jill Pre-School, activities and celebrations are given consideble weightage in setting school hours to mould and grow generation of Little Angels in healthy, holy and childhood environment, because we believe that education is not restricted to class room.
Presently we are in Borivali,Virar, Tuljapur and Ratnagiri in Maharashtra expanded franchise network in different suburban of Mumbai where thousands of children got opportunity to learn by play-way method of teaching along with their peers in healthy, holistic childhood manner.
Our vision encompasses the wider spectra of thoughts for the betterment and development of education, also in poor and weaker section of the society at large by way of scholarships to the students.

A decade’s teaching experience as a staff member of an institute made me think about the practical problem of the teachers. I felt that the available books and study material was insufficient to fill the communication gap between kids and teachers. Most of the institute left their teaching staff clueless about day today applications of pre-primary education. The gap between pre-primary and primary was wide which was making it difficult for the kids from various kindergarten schools to get used to the sudden hi-expectations of the primary education, as if a kid playing in the garden is suddenly asked to follow the discipline of military camp.
A statement out of experience is always superior than a statement out of sheer bookish intellectuality. This course material designed by me for four years of pre- primary education is an output of hard work and practical teaching experience.
The main reason for coming out with this series of books is making it simple for teacher and student without tampering their innocence. I have tried to make it simple in all aspect to help teacher and kid to enjoy the learning together. To bring new ideas in this field in the interest of the kids below 05 years age, this patten was implemented and proved to be successful which increased interest, knowledge and strength of the kids in a creative way.
Myself, Smt. Sandhya Sham Baperkar, who was not a decision maker about course material in the role of a staff member of a school, finally decided to leave the job and started on my own school where I was the deciding authority. Being the owner and Principal of “Jack N Jill Pre-School” I was absolutely free to come out with my own experiments with the kids and this created wonders.
